Chantal Dissipates

Chantal has weakened to a tropical wave. The remnants of Chantal will affect Florida in the coming days and could affect the rest of the southeast soon after. The fact that Chantal is now a tropical wave means that it could track further west than anticipated. However, I think that Florida has the greatest chance of being impacted by Chantal.
